The set was raffled off and the winner picked from the hat on Sunday of the Pow Wow. The funds will greatly help the work of the Clan this fall in its work in the schools and improving the museum and library. Abenaki Hood and Wrap Around Skirt
This matched set of Hood and Skirt was created, appliqued in satins and cottons, and beaded by one of our members. It was donated to the clan to help raise funds for our outreach programs. Tiny beads surround all the applique pieces. The long satin sash and the generous proportions of the hood and skirt allow it to be a 'one-size-fits-all' ensemble.
